Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germanyand to the following countries: Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy, Iceland, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We currently charge a flat shipping fee of €0 per order.


Deliveries abroad:

Ab a minimum order value of €60, we offer free shipping within Europe and Switzerland.


We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Austria: €4.95
Switzerland: 6.95CH
United Kingdom: 5.95 GBP
All other European countries: €6.95

for all other non-European countries, a fee of €9.95 will be charged.

Delivery to third countries (outside the EU) may include local customs fees, which are due depending on the order value. The threshold for delivery and the resulting fees vary in each country.

In these countries, we issue a net invoice for private individuals and companies, and no taxes are charged by us.

It may therefore result in applicable customs duties and domestic taxes.

 

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, shipping within Germany will usually take place within 2-6 business days, and for international deliveries within 3-8 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

 

Order processing

The order processing is done manually. All orders are individually checked for accuracy. Priority+ is an additional service that can be purchased to speed up the order verification. These orders are checked faster and forwarded for processing earlier. Priority+ hasnoneInfluence on the shipping time.

A preliminary cancellation after order receipt cannot be guaranteed, as the goods go into production as quickly as possible to ensure a fast shipping process.
