How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our delivery time is expected to be 2-6 business days.

Depending on the product and country, the delivery time may vary.

As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. You can then track your shipment there.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to DHL (usually the next day), you will receive an email from us where you can find your tracking number. You can then enter it on the DHL website.

The exact composition of the individual items can vary greatly. You can find more information in the relevant product description under "Material or manufacturer's note".

What is my return policy?

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

We only accept returns for new and unworn merchandise.

If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your 14-day return period has expired and an extended return period has not been confirmed by us in advance, your return shipment will automatically be sent back to you.
