Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy, Iceland, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Ukraine, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We currently charge the following shipping costs per order:

Free shipping within the EU for orders over 60 €.

Overview of our shipping costs:

-Germany: 3.95 €

-European Union: 6.95 €

-Switzerland: 9.95 CHF
(free for orders over 100 CHF)

-United Kingdom: 8.95 GBP (free for orders over 100 GBP)

-All other countries: 14.95 €

the goods are issued with a net invoice and shipped as Incoterms DAP shipping.

Deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) may include local customs charges which are payable depending on the order value. The delivery threshold and resulting charges vary from country to country.

In these countries, we issue a net invoice and do not charge any taxes on our side.

This may therefore result in customs charges and domestic taxes being due.

Note:
The indication "Free of charge", "Gratis" or "Free" in connection with shipping rates above a certain order value to third countries does not mean that no customs duties or taxes will be charged.

The shipping costs are only waived on the seller's side – import charges in the destination country (e.g. customs duties, import VAT) remain payable by the recipient.

 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be dispatched within Germany within approximately 2-4 working days, and for international deliveries within 4-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

 

Order processing

Order processing is carried out manually. All orders are checked individually for accuracy. Priority+ is an additional service that can be purchased to speed up the order review. These orders are checked more quickly and forwarded earlier for processing. Priority+ has no effect on the shipping time.

A provisional cancellation after receipt of the order cannot be guaranteed, as the goods go into production as quickly as possible in order to ensure a fast shipping process.
